Brief of JZWH-860
● The product adopts self-developed high-precision, high-strength hard gear transmission box, the mechanism is reliable and durable, under the conditions of different biomass pelletizing working conditions, to improve the safety factor of the use of equipment.
● Spindle, air shaft and other core components made of high-quality alloy steel forging, improve the mechanical properties of structural parts.
● The core transmission are imported NSK bearings, transmission seal using heat-resistant wear-resistant fluorine rubber oil seal.
● The ring die is installed with high-precision structure and firm structure of press block type installation to improve the stability of the structure transmission.
● The pressure roller bearing adopts labyrinth type mechanical seal, which is durable and effective to isolate the pollution of lubricating oil and increase the service life of the bearing.
● The pressure roller adjustment adopts linkage type two-way synchronous adjustment, so as to ensure the symmetry of the center of the pressure roller and the ring die, and ensure the same load of the pressure roller during operation, which improves the stability and pressing efficiency of the equipment operation.
● The ring die is forged by high quality alloy steel, the number of pressing and forming cloth holes is about 2230 holes, the granulating capacity, under normal circumstances, reaches 3T/h.
● Feeder, the use of spiral stirring type forced feeding resulting in uniform feeding of materials into the pressing work area to improve the pressing capacity.
● The outer shell of pressing area is made of stainless steel plate to prevent corrosion.
