Kingwood has established a complete service system from pre-sales, installation, and commissioning to after-sales service, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and training processes. Upon request, we can provide service online and at the customer's job site. We also have overseas engineers in several countries in South East Asia/CIS/Eastern Europe and Latin America who can be at your service at any time.

One year after the arrival of our products at the customer's job site, but not more than 18 months from the BL date.
