Vibrating cooler is one of new-type and advanced coolers popular in the world at present. This machine has the unique cooling mechanism, the cooling wind from the bottom goes through mesh plate and distributes uniformly, making the material gradually get cooled, which avoids material surface cracking, central part moisture and heat-trapping caused by sudden cooling of cooler. Therefore, cooling effect of this cooler is better than the existing domestic similar products. Materials after cooling is not higher than the outside temperature + 5 ℃, precipitation rate of not less than 3.8%, which benefits to produce high quality of biomass particles and improve the economic benefit.
1.1 Scope of ZDB Vibrating Cooler
ZDB vibrating cooler is used for cooling biomass pellets or feed pellets.
1.2 Features of ZDB Vibrating Cooler
(1) The use of mesh bending laid, effectively increase the ventilation and cooling surface;
(2)The unique bulk material mechanism makes more uniform distribution of materials and more thorough cooling;
(3)The vibrating and swinging mechanism makes uniform and smooth discharge and adjustable discharge speed;
(4) It is suitable for the cooling of all kinds of materials such as clumps, blocks, flakes and granules, especially for cooling similar bulk materials such as sawdust granules;
(5) The cooler has features of simple structure, simple operation, low energy consumption, low noise and easy maintenance;
(6) After cooling, products are not higher than + 3 ℃ ~ 5 ℃ of room temperature.
1.3 How It Works:
Going through the air locker, high temperature and high humidity particles scattered by bulk body gradually spread evenly in the cooling box and stay inside the machine for a period of time. Cool air is sucked from the top by the air suction, and enters the box from the bottom of the cooler in all directions, and passes through the material layer vertically, taking away the heat and water emitted
by the particles and cool them down, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling and reducing humidity. In cooling process, the cold air enters the cooling box from the bottom of the cooler in all directions, while the particles are fed from the top. After contacting with high temperature and high humidity particles, the cold air is vertically drawn out from the top, while particles are discharged by means of vibrating, which ensures materials first in, first out. The counter-flow vibrating cooler makes use of opposite directions of the air flow and material flow, which is simply called counter-flow principle, to gradually cool down the material in its way.
ZDB counter-flow vibrating cooler is mainly composed of air outlet top cover, suction vent, box body, hydraulic (pneumatic) system, vibrating discharge mechanism, hopper, base and so on.
