Note: the above indicators meet the following conditions: raw material varieties, wood chips, moisture content shall not be more than 13%, and the capacity shall not be less than 0.72t /m3. Vulnerable Parts List
Base: The heavy base plays the role of connecting and supporting various parts of the hammer mill to reduce vibration, increase reliability and prolong service life.The ground material is discharged from the lower outlet of the base.
Rotor: It is composed of main shaft, hammer frame plate, pin shaft, hammer pieces, bearing, bearing seat and other parts, and is the main moving parts of the hammer mill. The rotor rotates fast, so the rotor must be checked by dynamic balance test in the case of no hammer.
Operation door: it is necessary to open the operation door when changing the screen plate or hammer pieces. The special pressure screen mechanism makes it very convenient to change the screen plate in short time.
Wear-resisting Plate: The part in contact with the material in the grinding chamber is wear-resisting board. The wear-resisting plates of the superior hammer mill are all designed as replaceable parts. When the abrasion reaches a certain degree, it must be replaced in case of damage, falling off or other accidents.
Upper Casing: It connects wear-resisting plate and seals the grinding chamber with the operation door closed.
Feeding Guide Mechanism: According to the rotation of the rotor, the material enters the grinding chamber from the left or right (see figure 5).
The Working Process
The material to be ground is fed into the grinding chamber from the top of the feeding port through the feeder equipped with the machine, and enters the grinding chamber from the left or right through the feeding guide plate. The material is gradually ground under the impact of high-speed rotating hammer and friction of the screen plate, and is discharged from the base outlet through the screen hole under the action of centrifugal force and air flow.
